Terms Of Service (Rules)

To all existing and potential affiliates:

The purpose of our affiliate program is to provide incentive to webmasters to promote our group of sites through their own sites of independent design.

To this end we provide genuine affiliates with promotional content and banners which may be used in conjunction with a valid linking code in order to receive compensation as outlined in our affiliate program.

We do not encourage or permit "mimic" sites containing content of any kind copied from our official tours with the sole purpose of tricking web surfers into thinking they are visiting an official site of ours.

You may not register a Top Level Domain using any our our site names (EG. jennyandjoey.ANYTHING or jeanswing.ANYTHING and/or any intentional and misleading misspelling such as jennyandjoseph.com, or coachjennyandjoey.com or jennyandnetworkjoey.com or jenny-and-joey.com etc.)

You are not allowed to promote our sites on any sites that are controversial, or promote illegal activity, eg: gambling, bestiality, underage, or pages containing malware or viruses.

You may not mimic our site design elements, including background, graphics, etc, without prior written permission.

You are not allowed to send unsolicited (SPAM) emails containing our links.

You must actually own and operate an existing website, you are not allowed to join our affiliate program with the intention of obtaining your own code in order to obtain a 50% "discount."

Lastly, and most importantly, we reserve the right to refuse an affiliate linking code to anyone at any time for any reason whatsoever that we deem sufficient, and we further reserve the right to change or amend the rules at any time.

If you're planning to do anything that may be questionable, ask first.  Remember, we want you to be successful :)
